arbiter-servant-openapi

Derives an OpenAPI 3 document from arbiter-servant's route types, so paths, methods, parameters, request and response bodies and status codes come from the API itself. The schema instances are orphans. They live here so arbiter-servant carries no OpenAPI dependency of its own.
